1. Purpose of the Service

Class 3 alef Photo Albums is a private web application for viewing photos and albums related to class life, school events, and shared activities.

2. Access

Access is provided only to users whose Google accounts are included in the allowed access list. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and must not share access with third parties.

3. Rules for Using Materials

By using the service, you agree to:

• use photos only for personal and family purposes;
• not publish materials publicly without the consent of participants;
• not download, copy, or distribute images in a way that may harm others;
• respect the privacy of children, parents, teachers, and event guests.

4. Prohibited Actions

Attempts to bypass authorization, automated collection of materials, sharing links with unauthorized people, uploading malicious code, or any use that violates the law, school rules, or the rights of others are prohibited.

5. Content and Rights

Rights to photos and related materials remain with their authors or lawful rights holders. Adding materials to an album does not transfer rights for public distribution.

6. Service Availability

The service is provided subject to technical availability. Access may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, changes in Google Drive, network issues, or authorization settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Service administrators take reasonable steps to restrict access, but they do not guarantee absolute protection from all technical risks. Users are responsible for how they handle materials after viewing or downloading them.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated when album usage rules, technical implementation, or security requirements change. Continued use of the service after a new version is published means acceptance of the updated terms.
