Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 16, 2026

1. General Information

Class 3 alef Photo Albums provides private access to photos and albums intended for parents, students, and authorized class representatives. This policy explains what data the application uses, why it is needed, and how it is protected.

2. Data We Process

When you sign in with Google, the application may receive your name, email address, profile picture, and a technical access token required to verify your identity and display authorized materials.

The application also receives the list of albums and photos from the configured Google Drive folder. These materials are used only for display within the service.

3. How We Use Data

Data is used for the following purposes:

4. Data Storage

The application does not create a separate database of photos or user profiles. Authorization data is stored in the browser only as needed for the current session and Google sign-in functionality.

5. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell personal data or share it with advertising networks. Google services are used for sign-in and file access, so Google's processing of data is also governed by Google's own policies.

6. Photos of Children and Class Participants

Photos are intended only for personal viewing by members of the private group. Users must not publish, forward, or use images outside the agreed context without permission from the parents or legal representatives of the people shown in the photos.

7. Your Rights

You may request removal of access, correction of the allowed email list, or removal of specific materials from the albums by contacting the class administrator or the owner of the Google Drive folder.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when application functionality, security requirements, or applicable rules change. The updated version will be published on this page.
